Where damp is coming up through the ground it can be dried out harmlessly with Hydrotek-Wallguard tubes. Installed near the base of the affected wall(s) they work silently, cleanly and effectively to keep walls dry.
Applications include early buildings without damp proof courses, buildings where the original damp-proof course has failed and is no longer preventing rising damp.
Use in walls that have become wet due to poor maintenance or flooding.

Installed at Westminster Abbey in 1935 with further work carried out by Hydrotek-Wallguard in 1997.
Although we recommend that you have your Hydrotek-Wallguard damp-proofing system installed by experienced installers you can carry out the work yourself. The procedure is straightforward and external installations will usually cause little disturbance internally to the customer's home or business.
